  I stayed at this establishment twice during my recent vacation to Poland. As I reported in my first note, I found it very welcoming, friendly, excellent value for money, and quite comfortable. I, as an older gent, particularly appreciated the high security, and the fact there is a lift to the 5th floor, where the Hostel is located. - I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.   Perfect location! Just in the Main Market Square! Excelent staff, all with good english and friendly. Breakfast included! Simple, but it's what you need.   Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in. All in all this is a great little hostel in an a - The Tulip in close to everything. The staff...Omid and Reza are friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Since it is a fairly new hostel, it is a work in progress..so they are still improving it. It is clean, safe and inexpensive, an excellent place to see the sights and experience Krakow by foot. All the interesting place are walkable.

  The hostel is easy to find - there is a sign on the building. There is no elevator and the stairs may scary the guests but there is no need to worry. We felt safe there. From the hostel there is a 10 minute walk to the Market Square. Kazimierz itself (where the hostel lies) has many valuable sites which can easily attract tourists. We also had a private bathroom (outside the room - next door) which is modernly desig - Fine clean place, dorm rooms with lockers (lock provided), comfy beds and large bathroom (although its only one for whole hostel, so sometimes you have to wait a bit). Well equipped kitchen and balcony for smokers. All in all - you have everything you need for a great price. Also: super location - border of inner center of the city. Pubs and bars around the corner.
