  Staff very kind and helpful even with foreign customers, rooms very clean and comfortable, very good position.   Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with a perfect location! Clean big and quiet with a touch of luxury. Our apartment was on first floor. The staff was really awesome, helpful and very polite. Monika at the desk was extremely awesome and helpful! We stayed for 6 nights and we even got a cake from the staff two times during our stay! Stolow 16, this restau - Great location in the old town. The apartment was huge and thoughtfully furnished with period furniture. Bathroom was great with huge shower and roll top bath, all newly done. Very clean. Choice of breakfast which you can pre-order. Good selection and were always brought to the apartment for the time requested. The owner Monika was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely come again in preference of a hotel.

  location - fair distance from the historical centre, free parking, this was the 5th hotel in 2 weeks time reserved via LetsBookHotel.com but the only one where the mattress was not too soft and the pillow was also good to use - fresh and clean, very comfortable, easy access, helpful staff. 20 mins pleasant walk to town centre.

  A very welcoming young receptionist who spoke excellent English. She helped us to our room with the luggage. When we discovered that the previous occupants had been smoking in our room the young lady quickly got us new room. Economy room nicely decorated & had a good sized bathroom & A.C. Good advice received regarding touring Lublin which was an hours walk. - Very quiet place. Breakfasts are amazing. Direct 18/57 bus from auto station. 150/151 trolleys to Plaza and Tesco.   It was quite a surprise to find such a beautiful hotel. I only used this hotel as an intermediate stop on my way to Odessa. But it was a pleasant experience which I can recommend to anyone. - Staff, comfort, breakfast, building, value for money..all. I was completely satisfied with hotel and can recommend it to everyone.
