  Bra service, trevlig personal, lite lyxig känsla, mycket god frukost med inte bara stort urval saker utan också goda saker (jag saknade inte varm frukost). Riktigt lättväcka personer kan kanske störas av spårvagnarna utanför (vi gjorde det inte), men det finns ju rum åt andra hållet. Känsla av "litet hotell".   ABSOLUTLY RECOMMENDABLE! If you are in Krakow and are looking for a spacious, well-equipped and clean self-catering apartment near the castle and Krakow historic center (15-20 min walk) – this should be your first hand choice! We have already recommended this apartment to o - Very large and quiet, fully equipped (washing machine, iron, hair blower, kitchen appliances), fully compliant with the pictures.   I have stayed at this apartment three times and will always stay there if I can when I'm in Krakow. I love the apartment. It's in a brilliant location and has a wonderful atmosphere about it. It's cosy but has a modern kitchen and bathroom. Best of all it has a fireplace downstairs, where you can sit and listen to music. Michal who looks after the apartment is friendly and helpful (although Michal, we need more kindling as - This apartment is amazing. Right in the centre of everything. Shops and restaurants a few mins away. So nice to come home from a day sight seeing to a lovely big jacuzzi and a roaring fire. The guy who greeted us was very nice and very friendly. Would recommend staying here and we hope to return.

  The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes.   Excellent location. Design - just great! Impossible to meet in any hotel room. Very modern. Perfect service. Brand new building. Clean. Pure comfort. (the owner already fixed the problem with hot water ;-) -all worked perfectly. For such standard in a hotel you have to pay twice as much. Highly recommended!!!! - We've spent here great time.
