  This hotel is a real gem. Centrally located, stylish décor and really helpful staff. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. All the staff were first class. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again. - Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

  Clean bathroom, comfortable (but almost empty) room, location in the city centre :) I think its just great place for young couples with sense of humour! :D - center of old town, nice bathroom and shower, price, kinda cool sleeping above a strip club if you have a sense of humor

  Oh my gosh, I loved the staff. I have stayed in hotels in SLovenia, Thailand, Paris, Barcelona, Turkey, Italy, Lebanon, Australia and Jordan in the past two years and no hotel has offered the friendly staff of Hotel Unicus. There was no pressure to tip or anything. The staff helped me with any quirky need or normal question I had. I don't think I have stayed in a Hotel which impressed me more in terms of the st - a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

  Just wonderful! Cozy design, feels like home. It is located in the center of Krakow but the windows look out on the courtyard so was very quite. Except some noises on a lower floor (from restaurant). TV, WI-FI +Very comfortable bed. The cutest thing in the apartments - "magic - Our apartment was perfect, had everything we needed as we have been backpacking through Europe for a few months and needed a kitchen as we wanted to cook some food for a change, it was spacious, bed was comfy bathroom was great, Loved everything about it. 10 minute walk from the station, Apartment is right in the centre great value for money.

  The apartment was really nice and in a very good location and had no noise from the street in the evening. We will definitely go back there.
