  It was in the area that we needed. Clean and comfortable, right next to police station :) so we felt very safe :d Pet friendly and a lot of green area around the hotel. - Friendly staff, decent facilities, nice food, cleanliness was perfect, well furnished, friendly atmosphere and all for an unbelievably low price.

  Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. Provides city guided trips, evening party, pub crawls etc. but will also help you find the nearest locksmith F.E - Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

  Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us). The stuff was friendly and helped us finding parking nearby.

  Our location was awesome. Loved the old furniture and funky "real city living' feeling of the place - even the funky staircase was cool, though if you've got problems with access be aware that there's no elevator. This wasnt "luxury" accommodations so don't expect room service, changing of sheets, that sort of thing... Expect more like a friend in... vad folk säger » town has a centrally located room and you get the key to stay there. There's no shampoos provided but there's a shop just around the corner that is o - Accommodation was good and convenient. Attentive and friendly attitude of staff, reasonable price left nice impression and a desire to return another time. The room is clean, neat, including comfortable shower and hot water. The presence of the refrigerator and microwave oven, the possibility to make of tea or coffee were a nice addition during my stay. I recommend without hesitation to book hotel accommodations.
