  The receptionist (the Spanish / Norwegian one) was very charming. These kind of people make a hotel for what it is. Taking some time for small talk and giving you some trivial information about the area. The room was as expected, clean, proper but not too spacious. Distance from bus or city center are ok, but it´s a little off. Free coffee at the ... vad folk säger » front desk was also quite appreciated! - Hotel was clean and staff was friendly , my bed was comfortable , location was near to city center 15 mins walk and a good value for money , room had a very good view to lake and mountain . Reception showed us a good restaurant near hotel its name was PitzaExpress and I recommend hotel and PitzaExpress to everyone

  Mycket trevlig personal! Utmärkt service, bra med måltider som ingick i priset. Kändes väldigt personligt och hemtrevligt. - Excellent and very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them.   Everything! The lady who checked us in after being in transit for 38 hours was nothing but helpful and greeted us warmly. We were even informed that we were upgraded to a business class room which was greatly appreciated. We also had 2 separate bookings as we had 3 night tour booked and re-checking in when we had to was no problem at all. the brea... vad folk säger » kfast is fantastic with so much variety. Yes it can be busy at times but that is to be expected. The staff work efficiently to clear tables and assist - very nice staff and very good location. it locates the center of tromso and just 2 min walk from the central bus station. The facilities in hotel is good. I'm impressed with the sauna with amazing night view on the 10th floor...more importantly it's free!! Strongly recommend it! and the room rate is quite reasonable=D

  The room was surprisingly cosy, despite ugly exterior of the hotel. Nice seating area. Great view from the window. Close to the airport. We had to leave early, so we got tasty sandwiches instead of breakfast - very convenient! - I chose the "good" for location, but this was good for me.
