  I found the hotel to be well presented despite reading reviews of the rooms being dated. I also had a room at the rear of the hotel overlooking the park which was exceptionally quiet despite reading reviews about noise. When booking, if you are looking for a room away from street noise ask for a room over looking the park at the rear in 'Special ... vad folk säger » Instructions/Requests. - Great breakfast with a very good range of options. Helpful and pleasant staff. We had an internal room & although there was no natural light, it was silent so we slept brilliantly. It was a good size and had everything you would expect. The location is great: very central and it is easy to walk to all the attractions of the city.

  These were perhaps the most relaxing and peaceful 2 days of our big Scandinavian trip. After 5 hours drive from Oslo, we reached Liseth conveniently located half-way between Hardangervidda plateau and Eidfjord, 20 min walk from Voringfossen waterfall. We stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage No.14 accomodating 7 people. Very welcoming staff, friendly and hospitable. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast and very good dinners!

  We got to there very late, but staff were understanding and left us the key. The flat was clean and included necessary facilities. - It was so nice, we wished we could have stayed longer. Owners very helpfull.

  We loved this place. It was our favorite in Norway and Denmark. If you can't do steep stairs well this is not the place for you but other then that everything was excellent and we would stay here again any day.

  Our room was rather small, but with a wonderful fjord view. The breakfast was very good for a guesthouse. There was Wi-Fi in the room, but not stable. - Nice view, quiet location, excellent breakfast, easy access by car from touristic road, good price-quality relation.

  原来想定lofthus的房间，但是订不到，只能定了这里，不过出乎意料的好。非常棒的风景，厨房设施很齐全，两间卧室带餐厅厨房还有桑拿房。不过中国游客要注意一点，这里基本是自助式服务，被单床单要如果没带要另外付费租用，要自己铺床，要洗碗洗杯子（有洗碗机很方便的），总而言之，还是很性价比很高的住宿。 - The excellent view of the fjord and mountains. Luxury cabin.

  Clean, efficient and beautifully decorated hotel and restaurantw with tables in and out, Very close public bathing pier on the Fjord which is nice and quiet AND the staff kindly accepted to cater to our (annoying) triathletes' needs! Travelled with two older kids the space and additional beds are adequate. Location provides views of of the Fjords and next to a small river. Best if you drove as public transport are limited. Breakfast is generous for Norwegian standard and served in house restaurant which also serve Thai food. Value considering Norwegian prices is good.
