Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, well situated. location, design, facilities for disabled people. Coffee maker in room, however no coffee available. Thin walls and noisy guests. poor airco and leaking roof in the dining area.

The island is ideal to make walk and cycle tours and on the beach you can swim, sun and fly kites.

Travelling information

You will reach Schiermonnikoog with the ferry-boat from 'Lauwersoog'. With the boat you will rech Schiermonnikoog in 45 minutes.
At lauwersoog you can park your car at a secured parking, cars are not allowed on the island.
When you are traveling with public transport, you can take a bus from Groningen or Leeuwarden to Lauwersoog.

Arrived at Schiermonnikoog, there are buses and taxi's ready to take u to the hotel. In the summer you can rent a bicycle.
When you would like to walk to the hotel, the trip is about 45 minutes.
