Attentiveness of staff at front desk. Convenience of room - darkening drapes, amenities. I simply needed a room to sleep for a few layover hours between flights, it was very convenient. - The location is excellent, access to the airport by moving walkways rather than another scheduled bus or taxi ride. Weekend discount rate was very appealing.

The room is spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The free wireless internet is the smart thing to do for business travelers - no extra charges, no complicated registration, and everything works. - It was nice that shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body milk were supplied. This hotel was fantastic. My first time in Amsterdam and I had heard and read from reviews that the rooms in Dutch hotels were small - not at this hotel!
