Unless you are familiar with the medina you will never find this hotel on your own. We had the services of one of the hotel staff but there are plenty of willing helpers, who of course will expect payment (20 dirham or mad per case will do it)

Everything!! Excellent riad in a great location close to the main square. We were offered an upgrade on arrival and the room was lovely - spacious, clean, free bottle of mineral water in the room, large shower and free toiletries. The breakfast (served in Riad Karmela next door) was excellent - large selection of fruits, breads, yoghurt, pastries and cereals all served in a gorgeous courtyard. I was traveling on my own for the first time to Marrakech. I arrived in
the evening and Mohammad took me to the riad from where I was dropped
off by the taxi. The streets were quite chaotic and I was thankful that
someone came to show me the way. Once I stepped inside, I was amazed how
beautiful and quiet the riad was. Absolutely enchanting! My room was
impeccable and they really paid attention to every detail - rose petals
on the bed, fresh flowers in the bathroom, lovely toiletlies...Later on

riads in my budget, and was not disappointed the website photos are not
misleading, the rooms are lovely, the beds comfortable with excellent

A beautiful Riad with authentic moroccan decor done in an understated and elegant way. We had a large room upstairs adjacent to a lovely dining area.
The room was much bigger than we had expected with a lounge and bathtub.
It was a really immersive experience to wake up to the sound of Call to Prayer from the mosque behind, be lulled to sleep again by peaceful chanting, then woken hours later by birdsong of the swallows circling the rooftops.

Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed.

A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk.
We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations!
Breakfast was excellent and different each day.
We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

The Riad le Rihani was one of the nicest places we have stayed in across
the world. Its a small hotel with a real family feel, incredibly

The building is great with a traditional riad style. The open terrace was lovely and secluded; perfect for breakfast and sunbathing. The staff were very friendly and offered to arrange tours etc for us. The restaurant was a special treat with gorgeous French cuisine. The location is perfect; close enough to the medina to walk there easily but far enough away to be a quiet retreat.

my stay in Dar sohane was really lovely. I went with my famiy for three days and we all appreciated the riad, the owner brahim who is just awesome and very friendly, and the calm and peaceful atmosphere which makes a perfect combination with the bubling Jamaa fenaa square.
