  Casa Lila is amazing! It felt like a real treat. They upgraded us to a bigger room at no charge, and the Rose suite was phenomenal! I loved the bright colors and the design of Casa Lila, and how it felt both old/antique and new/modern at the same time. In the room was the most amazing bath, part of the old Hammam, we were told. The staff was super friendly and helpful, booking us a last minute hammam and massa - The reception staff was very helpful providing a map and locations with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast on the terrace was served by a calming and attentive member of staff and varied each morning. Our suite on the second floor was spacious and quiet. Located in the Medina this riad is close to everything. The terrace area was good for sunbathing and there were loungers on another floor too. Plenty of places to sit comfortably within the riad.

The owners were extremely friendly, helpful and organized. They gave me all the information I needed at front, and they were always available to answer any additional questions I had. The room was very nice, too. Spacious for a single room, so I was able to relax very well. Thanks to the wonderful owners and this wonderful riad, I really enjoyed my time in Essaouira. Also, their breakfast was fantastic!!!

  We found the staff very helpful, giving us advice on sights to see and organising taxis for us. The breakfast on the roof terrace was a lovely, relaxing start to the day - with plenty to eat. - Staff were friendly and very accommodating when we all slept in not knowing that the clocks went forward.   Our 7 days stay in The Chems Bleu was amazing. Room ,we had Dunette Double Room, was clean (they cleaned it every day + towels changing) and with beautiful view to the ocean. Everything was fine and it worked. Breakfast were very tasty and we enjoyed it every day! Riad´s personnel was very kind, friendly and helpf - This place is a little gem, right in the heart of the medina in an ideal location. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in the room right on the top floor with the roof terrace. It is the smallest room in the riad but still plenty of space. The bathroom is small but adequate with a fantastic powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Our room was immaculate and cleaned every day, with fresh towels which were quite large for a hotel room.   The hotel is fantastic, the decor stunning and each room is totally individual, the terrace is lovely with a great view of the beach and the staff could not have been nicer. - Great place with excellent service.   I loved this place. The staff were genuine and friendly, and the riad is absolutely gorgeous. We booked the Warda room, which means rose in Arabic, and there were roses and rose petals everywhere inside, which was a nice touch. We couldn't not make use of the huge bathtub and took a relaxing hot bath late at night that put us right to sleep.
