  I booked for a 3-night stay at the superior room, looking at the existing photos thinking it might be a bit run down. But to my delight, I was placed at the premier floor, where the rooms/ floor(s) apparently have been refurbished. It was a big room, and so was the bathroom. There was a nice egg shaped bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The bed ... vad folk säger » was extra large so this was another bonus! The kitchenette allows one to cook (but the cooking utensils were not complete, so you will have to ask for - I cant express how great the stay at the Pacific Regency was, I found the staff very friendly and accommodating always willing to help and assist, the Hotel was immaculate, great food, awesome breakfast, rooms had a kitchenette which was great also a large fridge (very rare to find full size fridge) I have 3 children under 3 1/2 Years old and had heaps of room to play in the room which also included a extra bed and cot. I will definitely stay again with the family infact organizing another trip

  Oh,where I should start! We booked this hotel due positive review on booking,and we didn't regret! It was the greatest decision,since it made our stay in kl even more unforgettable! We got the room on 22nd floor,looking toward to Twin Towers! You can imagine how spectacular was it during the evening with all the light on, we could watch it without... vad folk säger » stopping! The location is great,since you are close to everything,the mtr is just 10 min. Away, the hotel offer free shuttle mini bus (with about 8 p - We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing. We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though. The

  I stayed with my family in a two bedroom suite. we reached the place earlier than the hotel's check in time yet we weren't asked to pay extra bucks for the early check in,which was what we all expected at first; plus our room was made available in just a few minutes after we have confirmed our booking. The rooms were also very quiet. Some rooms have windows, others don't, I personally don't think that should make or break your stay here. The location could not be better, just an 8 minute walk from the major transportation hub of the city, couldn't really get better than that! This hotel was also close to a bar and a liquor store, something you can't find a lot of in KL.

  Really nice hotel. The room was big with large windows. The view was okay not bad but okay. The location is perfect, about 10-15 min walk to the twin tower. There is a subway station just 2 min from the hotel, so you don't need to spend your money for taxis or being stuck in the traffic. The breakfast buffet was good as well, many choices.
