  Vår bästa hotellupplevelse någonsin. Blev uppgraderade till "star guest" när vi skickade in och blev bjudna på deras fantastiska frukostbuffe och middag på kvällen. Lobbyn är grym och rummen stora.   Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. We like the relax & play section, refresh & sky pool and also the self service laundry room. Price was reasonable, worthy and the best comparing to other hotel apartments in same area. Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths. Gym is ok and 2 room with Xbox 360 and wiil Location is just right for shopping areas and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpfull I am an airline crew and spend more then half of my life in hotels Fracer place really impressed me. I think cause it was so practical for us with our child that every thing we needed was available For sure will recommend

  Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes.   Marvelous, Fantastic, Magnificent are the words that comes to our mind when we stayed in this true 5 star hotel. Excellent trained and helpful staff will treat you like a king. They provide free shuttle service to take you to all the popular tourist attractions.   A superior hotel. Staff are friendly,speak English and are a cheerful and respectful lot. The kl hilton is in the middle of kl. It has the main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Food and drink are not cheap (but not too bad) at the hotel...a pint of beer = 50 MYR-Malay ringgit which is about $15 usd/aud each - I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

  The room is spacious and toilet is well equipped - can bath kid and adult same time having the shower master and bath tub. Breakfast food is excellent to class and service by staff excellent.   A perfect hotel for family stay. We were upgraded with a two bed room premier on 16 th floor, though we were on the other side of towers but still the garden view was beautiful. I loved the concept of having city view while in bath tub, it was so fascinating at night time that I missed it badly while staying in other hotels. The staff are very friendly and courteous and the facilities superb. I used the rooftop pool and gym every day which was great to wake up in the morning or refresh after a hard day's work. The location is also very good in the embassy quarter and near to Ampang Park metro station. KLCC is also walking distance so was perfect for the convention centre.   The roof top pool with FANTASTIC VIEWS--the buffet breakfast had choices to suit everyone--my room was ideal in size -space and functions.   Second time I've spend some days in this wonderfull hotel. Next tima if I go to Kuala Lumpur I definittely will use this friendly hotel with excellent cousin :) - value for money for 5 stars hotel. I got cheaper price trough letsbookhotel.com. The pool and facilities are suitable for family. The foods are excellent.
