  The most important thing I have noticed aside from the beautiful nature, is the friendly staff. And I c - It was a great experiance at the TAJ - Rebak Island resort from the time of check -in to our check-out- every thing was taken care so well, the staff at TAJ is amazing and so Hospitable, especially their Guest service Relations Executive MS. Pantea Rodd who took care of me and my family requets.. would highly recommend this property and would love to come back and stay @ TAJ Rebak Island Resort !!!

  We liked everything! This is an amazing place to stay, and thoroughly relaxing. Each 'room' is a little house on stilts with its own balcony. Each one is unique. We liked having the very friendly cats around, Scrabble to play and a pool to swim in. Breakfast in your fridge makes for an extra relaxing stay (no schedule to stick to). If we ever - -My daughter cried when we left! We loved this visit to Langkawi. the Bon Ton was absolutely gorgeous with every attention to detail. I loved the room with the outside bath, my daughter loved the cats and helped out in the mornings at the animal sanctuary near by. The view over the water hole was particularly beautiful at sunset, and in the morning there were monitor lizards and kingfishers. The free cocktails and snacks were a lovely touch and the staff were most happy to accomodate my request

  Green, well maintained territory. My small separate house called 'villa' was 10 mt from the sea. Good room cleaning. Travel agency on site, helping to arrange tours. Aircon and fan in room working well. Shower in the small garden is awesome! Quality of the food in the restaurant is good. Security is quite well organized. Lifeguar - Absolutely fabulous! Perfect beach location for relaxing family holiday, plenty restaurants and shops within walking distance. Friendly service without being intrusive, the staff always happy and smiling. Food outstanding at the restaurant and pool side, breakfast good with plenty choice and good coffee. The resort and rooms are clean and well maintained, security courteous and professional. Well done Frangipani for brilliant team effort to provide us with a perfect family holiday!

  Nice lobby wich promisse a lot. Nice swimmingpool. Excellent breakfast - Actually the room I wanted but not available via letsbookhotel.com was two bedrooms apartment. The room can only be booked directly with hotel but i need to pay full amount of deposit into bank account when making reservation for the said room. When I was there, I asked whether two bedrooms apartment still available. And they sai - Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location within short walk of several restaurants and shops and the beach. Family room was good size (with two large double beds and a large bathroom) and very comfortable. The pool area is great, facing a waterfall and a hill with subtropical rainforest. Excellent value for money. They offer a daily buffet dinner beside the pool, which is reasonably priced and offers a huge variety of food (Indian, Chinese, Malay, Western). I found the quality of the food

I have booked an Apartment suite, however, the air-con is not working and resort staff had upgraded my stay to the Perdana suite at no additional cost. On the last day of the tour, one of the restaurent staff notice that my son was not feeling well.   Beautifully appointed room, in a very serene setting. The fabulous pool with perfect temperature and gorgeous view is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The staff were really helpful, even letting us have use of a room after check out (as we had a late flight) staff. I loved that there were cats everywhere!   Very nice view from the balacony. The room is clean and well orgnized. Facilities of the hotel are great , swimming pool is excellent , the bar and resturant with sea front view is very romantic and nice to spend the evenings there. Overall I would recommend the hotel. It's nice place to stay for 3 nights or to be station for trips with reasonable price. No - Location is excellent. The road ends at the gate of this hotel, as if the hotel is an empire by itself. It has a lovely port where you can dine infront of it. I liked the room series 4000 and 5000 because 1000, 2000, and 3000 series rooms have a weird carpet smell in their corridor. The hotel is 15 min from airport, 5 minutes from the market, and 2 minutes away from the best beach activities.

  The most significant aspect of this enjoyable stay was the service experience provided by the staff. A friendly, welcoming and engaging team of people. From reception to housekeeping, they were all committed to provide care and assitance as well as timely response to any type of demand. We really had a great time and I definit - A lovely spot situated by the road but you cannot hear the traffic. It's approx 15 min walk to the beach & resort. We hired a car for 3 days, costing 300 MYR (£60) so that we got to see the island - it has beautiful beaches and the cable car ride is spectacular.   The room was compact and clean. My room was facing the carpark and had a balcony but the sliding door couldnt be opened. Maybe it is intended as so. But not a problem for me however. There's free wi-fi which was working fine and water dispenser (hot and cold) outside the rooms along the hallway. The rooms are brightly lit and well decor and its pi... vad folk säger » nk. So of course I loved it. There's a hairdryer in the room as well as safety deposit box. The tv channels had all the important channels (sports cha - I had spent the previous two nights at the Sheraton Imperial in KL and was a bit concerned about the transition from luxury to budget. I neednt have been. The staff were great and very helpful. Room and hotel were clean and modern. Breakfast was ok...come on guys this is a budget hotel no-one should be expecting gourmet food. Hotel is well positioned and beach and either Pentai Chenang or Pentai Lengah with plethora of restaurants and bars arw a very short walk away. No-one reasonably fit shoul
