  Wow, it is my first time I has used a dorm, it makes me want to use it more. I like this hostel so much, a dorm only includes 4 beds, bathrooms are clean, staff is friendly, rate is reasonable. When I checked out, they still kept my luggage and let me have a shower. Breakfast is good, there are both Asian food and Eu food for your choice. I aslo ... vad folk säger » had 2 good Chinese roomate. well if next time come here, I still use it for sure. - The check in staff was very helpful. We were 2 hours ahead of check in time but only needed to wait 15 minutes till we could receive the room. The room was new and clean, exactly like the picture advertised.

  I loved the location of hotel, maybe not outside area but it was handy to buses and all areas when walking. The Hotel was beautiful only 9 rooms and staff very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs and Nasi Lemak was out of this world! - Staff were exceptionally good: friendly, efficient and couldn't do too much to help.   Great location close to the Red Garden food market - very tasty, cheap meals from 6pm onwards. Walking distance to anything you'd want to visit it Georgetown and you can get buses around the corner opposite the 7/11 shop that will take you to any other desirable destinations on Penang Island. Nice small, clean double room with air conditioning and... vad folk säger » shared toilet/shower. Friendly staff and laundry services for 5RM per kilo - clothes came back smelling amazing! There are many guesthouses in the M - You will find a very helpful and kind owner who will provide you all the info you need to visit the island. The place is very clean, brand new and in the centre of the cultural district. Basic breakfast but you can eat as many toast as you like. Plugs and lockers for everybody in the dorms. All good, definitely recommended

  I can not fault the staff at Moon Tree. Upon arrival Dickie ensured that we were given a map of the local area where local hawker places and restaurants were pointed out as well as attractions around Georgetown. He supplied us with a local mobile phone which had his number in it and a taxi number in case we had any questions which i thought was ... vad folk säger » a brilliant touch. The accommodation has a lovely feel to it and i really enjoyed my stay here, Dickie made us feel very welcome. The place itself i - I found moon trees to be an excellent value for money alternative to hotel stays. Owner ,Dickie was extremely helpful and congenial ,as well as making supberb coffee. Guesthouse has a wonderful homely vibe and is in a great location in the heart of the heritage area of George Town. Building is an authentic Chinese shop front and retains its old town appeal with basic fittings and amenities but everything works and is clean and tidy. Would recommend guesthouse to solo travellers or couples.
