  Excellent service from the front desk. Got us in way before check-in time even though they had to clean the room early especially for us. Nothing was too much to trouble for the very helpful lady. They made sure our requests were met including room with a view. We looked out right over the Med in a freshly refurbished room.   What an amazing hotel with amazing staff! We could not have asked for better. The room was big, with aircon and a huge comfortable king size bed. Breakfast is traditional (which we liked very much) and brought to our room every morning. Mr Joseph and Rackel made every effort to make our stay perfect.   Very clean and comfortable - The staff were quite helpful, despite the fact that they werent fully acquainted about everything that the hotel serves, they were always available and ready to help. This hotel is perfect if you only need to sleep there, and spend most of yourday outside. The pool is really nice with a nice view as well.

  Hotel personnel was highly efficient and acted immediately in every request and query from distance and on spot.The location of the hotel is in a sideway of the main highway that connects Byblos with Beirut and only 2 minutes walking to the old souqs (all atractions-nightlife)and 5 minutes to the seaport.Breakfast is basic but adequate and is serv... vad folk säger » ed in the room without extra charge ,but must be preorder early in morning or the previous day.Rooms were in excellent condition( as pictures) and inc - Excellent Service. The hotel is managed by a team of young Lebanese that are ready to answer to any demand and we had lots of them but they helped with everything. Dont hesitate to ask them whatever you need. Rooms really nice as well but service says it all for this hotel. Positevely surprised. good location as well with a really good restaurant and a nice pastry shop just next to the hotel. only 2 mins walk from the old market which is the site to see in the city.

  Very friendly and lovely welcome. They do everything to make the client satisfied. They pay attention to the request we put on letsbookhotel.com. It was our Wedding Ann. We were upgraded to a sweet with jakusy and fantastic decoration and treatment for the occasion. They offered us wine, flowers, cake, plate of fruits. Staff was lovely and because we had a late flight they kindly let us stay for 4 hours after check out. Initially thought a bit far from the old town but after we walked it once we realized not that far and worth it for having the lovely view.
