  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view was absolutely fantastic. My parents had one room, my wife, 2 year old daughter and I another, and we loved it. For the price we paid, the accomodations were wonderful and if I ever go to Yokohama again, I will definitely stay at the same hotel.   The location was excellent, right in front of the newly developed harbour area with the super night view. It was a very good value for money as I got the discount.   Excellent staff, very courteuos, and willing to accommodate any needs whatsoever with a smile. No other hotel I have been to anywhere in the world has arranged a staff member to help me do some souvenir shopping in the market. They even went to that extent !! I had e-mailed her several times before our booking and she promptly e-mailed me back. When I entered on the day of booking, she was very helpful and diligently helped me with our reservation.She is an asset to the Rose Hotel.

  I stayed for 3 nights & was extremely impressed by the value for money , cleanliness & good location with accessibility to attractions like Chinatown , Yamate parks,Motomachi areas , Minato Mirai by walking .   Ti Hotel offers a good quality for a reasonable price if your center of interest in Yokohama is the business district of MinatoMirai. (There's a subway station just few meters out of the hotel). Right outside was the train station, Landmark Tower, Cosmo World, World Porters, and The Red Brick Warehouse were all within walking distance of the hotel. Very convenient. I was traveling with 2 other friends and I loved the fact that the hotel offered a Triple-room at a low rate. Definitely will stay at this hotel or chain again!
