Great beds, after sleeping on futons on tatami mats a real bed was needed. Staff were very helpful and responsive to any of you requests. Large room by japanese standards, medium by USA standards . We liked eveything. The location was excellent yet it was quiet. The room was quiet with good blockout curtains, and was fresh and new. WiFi worked well and was free. The breakfast was fine and the staff gave good advice when asked. The self- washing laundry was a bonus and worked well. Security was probably unnecessary but felt good and was not intrusive. We can't wait to stay here again and recommend it to others.

The service at this hotel went above and beyond. When we asked for a
recommendation of a good sushi restaurant, the concierge actually ran
out to a place, got us a table, and then walked us there! Impressive.
The place is lovely--much nicer than even the photos could illustrate--

The hotel staff is very kind and speak English well. We stayed 4 nights with a semi-double room, although room is small, it's OK for Asian.

This was our favourite Hotel during our Japanese trip! Our room (situated ot the 17th floor) was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we needed and the view was just gorgeous. The staff was really helpful. Tokyo station is reachable by foot (without luggages) accrossing the park, but reachable with metro in 15 minutes using the red and purple (Hanzomon line), the station name is the same (Hanzomon). - A very cosy onsen with natural spring water coming from Tokyo's deep ground (50 oranges were floating onto one of the 3 baths : one big bath at 40.5°C with oranges and an open view at the sumida river from wooden benches to relax while cooling off, one little bath at 21°c to cool off also and an interior one at 40°C).

market. It is very convenient to transit, but still more affordable than

Hotel is a quiet and peaceful haven in a busy, interesting area, just
minutes away from many things to see and excellent traditional shopping.
Staff are helpful, although it will help if you can speak a little
Japanese. I have stayed in their tatami rooms before and this time
stayed in a single (western style) room which was spacious for a single.
Good to have free wifi, unlike many hotels. Tip - buy the koto cd at the
reception desk as a memento.

We really liked the hotel and we would totally recommend it. It was situated centrally in Tokyo so it is with easy reach with the JR train to the main parts of the city like Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel is very clean and new. I heard bedrooms in Tokyo are small but this one had enough room for us, bed against the wall but 2 big suitcases opened

Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. From Reception onwards its all very polite friendly, helpful and comfortable. Breakfast for the price is very good, very convenient location not too busy just nice and quiet and very easily accessible to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Rail Station is just a hop step and a jump away. Post office, bakeries, seven eleven, eating restaurants are within walking distance. Staff excellent and helpful in getting around Tokyo.

The room was clean and well set out. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Although the room was small it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The staff are really helpful and very polite. The room is clean and
comfortable. The massage chair was superb! The hotel's location is
perfect for tourists as well as those "otaku's" like
myself ;).
This was my second time in this hotel and will definitely come back again on my next trip to Japan next year.
If you are in Akihabara and in need of a place to stay, don't look elsewhere. Remm Akihabara might just be the best one for you.
