Super easy access from Nishi-Shinjuku station (important when you have large luggage), very friendly helpful staff and a clean comfortable room. The hotel also stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so that we could sightsee before collecting our bags and heading off somewhere else. Easy walk to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building and other sights.

I booked this hotel because of its good reviews and after staying there for four nights, I can say that I'm not surprised that it is rated so highly. In this price range this hotel is perfect. - Good location. The hotel is near Harajuku station, Omotesando and Meiji Shrine. Despite of not be located in the major street there´s a sign pointing the hotel direction that makes very easy to find it.

It was a convenient location - direct line to Shibuya and easy to get many places. It was also a bit of a quieter area which was nice. The room was small but comfortable and had everything you need - including a little balcony with a great view of the river and the Skytree. We used the footbath which was great, the breakfast choice was wonderful and the staff were friendly. The shower was perfect and nice soft water and wonderful heated seat on the toilet. I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge.
The staff is of course very friendly courteous.
The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

The gardens were so beautiful and relaxing! Staff was wonderful, spoke
excellent English which was a relief for us as we are very limited in
our Japanese. Very, very clean & very comfortable beds. Buffet
breakfast at the Patio was delicious and featured both Western &
Japanese food. Super easy access to all of Tokyo as the Shinagawa
station is just a 5 minute walk, across the street from the hotel. So
very easy to catch the Narita Express for our trip home to the usa.

VERY Large rooms by Tokyo standards.
Excellent attentive staff who after one night away from the hotel, put our bags in the room and remembered every special request which we previously had asked for and were all ready in our new room when we got back!
Location: quiet enough but with enough going on nearby to keep you occupied.

This was a brilliant place: it's genuinely no frills, without being
sparse, rude and uncomfortable. This is a new building, with OK-sized
rooms, which were clean and comfortable. While there next-to-none
facilities outside the rooms, this was fine and made sense. Its
excellent location (5 mins' walk to jr Hamamatsucho, 20 mins walk
from Ginza and Tsukiji fish market, 30 mins on foot and by Monorail to
hnd for instance) meant one could get around very easily.

The hopsitality and efficiency of staff. Parking avalaible. The room
size is ideal and bed is comfortable unlike the common hotels in Tokyo.
