We liked this hotel as the room was very spacious compared to some in Japan. Usually rooms here are quite small but we found this just right. Staff friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very close to Nihombashi Bridge which was excellent for me. Nice and quiet rooms were appreciated. Staff were courteous, and the lady who cleaned our room, Bravo! She managed to remove all traces of our purple hair-chalk mess from the room. Needless to say, we were both incredibly impressed by that. Clean room. Close to the station, 5-10 mins walk.

They provided recommendations on what tourist spots to visit and we were no disappointed.The hotel was conveniently located near the train station so it was very easy to travel to and from areas of interest. Very clean feel on beddings.the single room was so small,but confatable enough. Felt like in hall of residence somewhere in Europe.cheap gyudon restaurant was by the hotel. The cost was very reasonable when booking on short notice and the location to the train station was very close. Only thing which I wasn't keen on was the location of the Laundry facilities. It took us awhile when we were trying to locate the hotel the first time. It was also located at the slightly sleazy part of town, with a ton of pachinko slot places. The bed was a little bit small for comfort but other than that it was a great hotel to stay in!. l chosen non smoking room,but cigarette smoke was coming into my room from corridor, so kept wake me up over night. The room is slightly smaller than average for Japan but still is workable. FOr a short stay, this is very good. no wifi available. No Wifi available for guests with iPads or iPhones. Ethernet cable available in room, but most people don't travel with laptops or notebook computers. Will be better if there is kettle for boiling water. I did not like that I could lock my door just by using a chain. I felt a little bit unsafe at the beginning. Room smelt like smoke still even though it was non-smoking. The room size is quite small. The room is a bit too small, so also the atmosphere in the corridors is not warm. Size of room might be a little too small. Ventilation of bathroom. I had booking for non-smoking room but I got smoking room , very bad. Bad smell, small door, bad air-conditioning, small bed The window can be opened a little bit. No wifi, unlike advertised. Elevator slow and small. Hotel feels a little bit run-down and sometimes we could smell cigarette smoke. Shower and bathroom are pretty small for an American man. smell of smoke get through thr air condition flow. Very noisy rooms from other people staying ( I THINK ) very poor staff not able to understand hardly any english so gave up after 3 attempts. would not recomend to anyone.
