  The hotel is in a good location very close to Shin-Osaka station and great value for money. The trick to finding the hotel is to exit the JR Lines and head towards the West Exit.   Very close to the Shin Osaka station (east gate). The staff is nice and speaks english. Free wifi is in the recepction, there is a place to sit down and drink free juices or coffe in the morning, eat breakfast. Room was cleaned every day - celan sheets and towels.   The hostel is just 5 min walk from Shin-Osaka JR station and subway station. The room is quite large, very big window which makes room bright in the daylight. Bed is comfortable. The staff is good at English(which means better than average English performance in Japan) and is very friendly. The shower room seems is Japanese style.   It is 10 min walk from both Osaka and Umeda stations or 3 min from the nearest underground. Room service was excellent - everything was spotless. All the reception staff spoke English with sufficient fluency. As my title states, it is near the Catholic church which also has Sunday masses in English. There are a few small food stores around as well... vad folk säger » . We had a room on the top floor overlooking Umeda Train Station. Every evening the city would lit up in spectacular fashion. Overall great experience - For the price the room was excellent. Though small like most hotels in Japan, it is slightly larger than the others we had stayed in ells where and it was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and polite.

  We had a 1 month trip around Japan :- Tokyo(Asakusa), Tokyo(Yokahama), a cruise, Kyoto, Hiroshima, osaka & back via Helsinki.   The decoration and size of the room are great. The biggest and most impressive I ever had for a standard room and toilet facilities in osaka/Kyoto and tokyo. Very good location even not near the JR station. Close to underground shop streets, restaurants and Grand Front (walk across the railway shops ). Hotel locate - We stayed at the Hankyu International hotel for 3nights at the start of our honeymoon trip. The hotel was amazing! We were on the 33rd floor and had a spectacular view over Osaka city. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fabulous! We loved the heated toilet seat (especially as we were there in winter!) and all of the toiletries.
