  This is a great place to stay. It was very easy to get to and has a beautiful view of Venice. Giudecca is very peaceful, which provides a nice break from the crowds. The Residenza provided very spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms, a fully equipped kitchen complete with food for breakfast.   The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! There's a few floors but with only a few rooms, meaning its not loud; you can sleep in peace, and quiet. Go explore:) - The apartment is huge and the owner was so friendly and helpful. The apartment is marketed for 4 people but could easily sleep 6. Also it was only a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. Not the most stylish of places but it was clean and spacious.

  Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train. Staff were delightful and friendly, all spoke excellent english and could not do enough to make sure our stay was a memorable one.   Easy to find, Staff was very helpful and aided us getting to the room, which was located in a separate building. Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes! Great location close to St. Mark's square and other attractions. Staff was very helpful in o... vad folk säger » ur checkout process offering to sotre our bags if we needed for a few hours and things like that. - The hotel was in a very good position and was easy to find, our standard double room was a good size and very quiet at night and the the en suite bathroom was stylish and immaculate. All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and exactly what we wanted - lots of choice and hot and cold options.

  Excellent location, near San t'Angelo station and San Marco. the apartment is very spacious for my family (5 pax) very modern design, comfortable bed, complete kitchen amenities,it has everything you need in an apartment, it even have a weighing scale in the bathroom! I would definit - We stayed at the Three Bedroom Apartment San Marco, fantastic location. Only about 150 metres up a walk way from Rialto Water Bus Stop, which is also a stop for the airport boat. A short 5 min walk into San Marco Square. Close to supermarket and nice little coffee shops. Very large apartment with lots of room for us - 2 adults and 3 kids. It also had 1 /12 bathrooms which made it easier. Kitchen was good, not alot of crockery/glassware but we made do. Apartment was incredibly clean, love

  We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.   The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay. It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas. The front desk staff were very attentive to any requests, very helpful and graciously answered our many questions, especially Carlos. The room and hotel was very clean and nicely furnished.
