Our room was at the Biasin side, first floor with great views on the bridge and canal. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious 3 pers. room. Wifi worked in the room too (above the lobby). Room cleaned every day, my 3 yr old could stay with us for free, but did get her own towels etc. Good value for your money. -

The location was excellent as expected however the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful...this was somewhat surprising after reading some poor reviews but very very welcome. - The Hotel was easily accessible from the Waterbus stop and near restaurants and bars. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Absolutely brilliant location if arriving by train to Venezia's Santa Lucia station. Less than five minutes leisurely walk with luggage.
When you come out of the station the Grand Canal is in front of you, turn left and as you reach the bridge (which will be on your right) vier left and the hotel entrance is on your left in a few seconds.

easier to find the hotel, remember it's very difficult to find
hotels in the small streets of Venice and it can be very difficult with
a small kid and a big baggage to travel in the crowded waterbus. The
street outside the hotel are always busy and crowded, felt very good

-True Venice experience! The hotel is located on one of the small canals, so finding the hotel was an adventour in itself. Its entrance is located on a small side street and you walk through the ground floor of the building (past the canal boat entrance) to get to the rooms. It felt like we were staying in a Venice residence instead of a hotel.

Locanda Ca Del Console is in a very good location between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. It isn't easy to find, but use the directions on the website along with a map and you'll figure it out eventually. The staff is very friendly, which is a big plus. We made the reservation at the last minute so we didn't have many choices. The room was big. The decor was a little strange. The breakfast was fine. Did I mention the staff is very friendly? That was the biggest plus.

The apartment was very centrally located with excellent connection or walking distance to all main attractions. Very clean and with sufficient facilities to stay even for a few days.

While the apartment was a bit of an ugly duckling, we were very comfortable. The air conditioning coped with the warm weather, the kitchen had everything we needed, and our bed was very comfortable.

the water taxi (Vaporetto). Everybody was friendly and helpful. They

It's a good thing the staff on the ferry explained to me that there is no rhyme or reason to the numbering of buildings in Venice, only that it will be in a certain area. B&B is located in a quite area close to St.Barnaba square, though
it's not easy to find it since the numbering in Venice is beyond
logics)) and the address consists of the name of area and building
number. My advice would be to get a detailed explanation before checking
in and having a detailed map. There many places to eat around working
until late nite.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, good standard of accommodation and well placed for the main sights. Great location, small and an original Venetian residence. Melba, the House keeper was absolutely sensational- she was very helpful with hints about Venice, very happy and delight to see each morning. We would definitely go back. -
