  Bra läge och trevlig personal. - Th staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is served by a lovely lady who has an endless supply of croissants. Our room was clean and tidy with a well equipped bathroom (powerful, warm shower). The hotel is ideally located near the Plz. Roma for those arriving by bus from the airport. Large room and bathroom (especially by European standards). Very clean and nice. Very close to the train station (5-10 minutes walk). The breakfast was wonderful and service was great.   Perfect location for relaxing after sightseeing! Staying on this wonderful Yacht was like coming home... thank you Nelly for excellent service, cool drinks (very reasonable prices) and the fresh fruits!   Allt! Personalen är jättetrevlig, hotellet är litet och ligger trevligt där några rum vetter åt en liten kanal och några mot en öppen plats vilket ger dagsljus in i rummen. Vårt rum, som vette åt båda hållen, var både rymligt och häftigt inrett. Inget rum är det andra likt - vilket vi gillar. Frukosten serverades på rummet och var rikligt tilltagen... vad folk säger » och både bröd och kaffe var "färskt". Toppenbra! - Mycket bra geografiskt läge med närhet till båtbussar och promenadavstånd till fiskmarknaden, Marcusplatsen mm. Fantastiskt vackert och funktionellt rum i en lugn miljö.

  Maria Elisabetta and Rodolfo are a wonderful young couple who take great care of their guests. The location of the Residenza is perfect (next to San Marco but away from the crowd, and not far away from the Castello area where the Biennale takes place and where there are plenty of great authentic restaurants). We stayed in the Artist room which was neat, quiet and very clean, with a lovely view over the canal. The - In one word - Excellent. Location - perfect (near San Marco square, but on the small quiet street). Room - clean and cozy. Bathroom - big, light and clean, clean and clean (hairdryer, toiletries, towels are included). Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.) Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor. All together this will make your stay in this hotel perfect.

  We spent 2 nighst in Hotel Tre Archi. Very easy to find, nice rooms andstaff, and good location. Cannaregio is maybe the best district inVenice: it's close to the Center (either on foot or by vaporetto), butthere're a lot of cheap shops, supermarkets and charming restaurants.Although, on our last day I fell into the water, but I think it's notthe H... vad folk säger » otel's fault:D:D - There was a flood just a day before our arrival. We called up to the hotel and they asked whether we wanted to cancel our booking. They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive.   Läge, service - The hotel staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The hotel room is spacious and grand, quite medieval venetian style. The hotel gardens and the surroundings are fascinating for an early morning stroll. Do eat in the hotel even though it's expensive as their executive chef menu is something to behold.   Yes, having read other reports we were plesantly surprised as it was better than others had suggested. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. It was right at the begining of season so maybe that helped but a throughly good experience. - beautiful interior, great location, very clean

  Nära till tågstationen - Vi bokade superiorrum till sänkt pris och det var verkligen fint. rymligt och svalt + frächt badrum. Väldigt nära centralstationen. Vi hade rum mot bakgarden och hörde inga störande ljud. (kyrkklockorna kl 7 var bara trevliga.)
