We really had a great experience with vip Venice. You have to meet the
vip person at the dock and they take you to the apartment. When we first
arrived we made a few mistakes with the boat and arrived about 45
minutes after we were supposed to. No problem, the vip rep waited for us

The apartment with a view was fantastic, huge living room, bedroom and bathroom with an adequate kitchen. We had the option of staying in with a few bottles of prosecco a couple of nights because there was so much space. The staff were fantastic, directing us around Venice and giving a tips about how to beat the queues (bell tower after 6.30, fool doge's palace online).
