  Läget,atmosvären - The location was fantastic. Quiet location away from the hustle but very quick and wasy walk. The hotel is much more attractive than the photos show. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good with eggs, meat, cheese and more. Pretty location on the canal - The staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful; the breakfasts were good; the room was comfortable, with a small balcony overlooking the San Vio canal; and the location was excellent, convenient for Accademia and the bridge across to San Marco, for waterbus services around Venice and to/from Marco Polo airport, and for good restaurants nearbv.

  We were very happy to have Francesco meet us and take us to the apartment to settle us in. The apartment was huge, very well equipped and really gave us all the room to move that we needed. The proximity to the boats and gondolas was a delight and really kept the children entertained for long periods every day. The location was superb. Location is perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply. We chose to walk via academia to rialto and P. mar - Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.   The hotel is very well located. It is very close form the train station and a couple steps from the bus and taxi station. You can easily reach San Marco by foot and easily get back by boat.
