Officially it is B&B, but I call it fair 3-stars hotel.
Location is great. I think one of the best for that price in Venice. Ate a great lunch at the restaurant owned by the same family on the ground floor of the B&B - very tasty, reasonable prices.
Beautiful, clean and convenient room with comfortable bathroom located right in the centre, yet in a quiet little street. Breakfast was also great. Perfect location for sightseeing in Venice and a beautiful room for couples.alla recensioner »
Very close to Realto bridge the hub of Venice. Nice décor of the room.
Very friendly staff. Discount offered on food and beverages by the

The staff was friendly and you get 10% discount in the sister restaurant where I had the best meal in Venice. The room was clean and new.

One thing I didn't realize when booking is that there isn't a 24-hour reception, which means you might not be able to leave your luggage there for the last day before leaving Venice.
Limited number of rooms.

Had to change rooms as the air conditioning did not work properly the
