I don't leave reviews often, but this one is definitely worth it. Brilliant location - just 2 minutes walk to the historic city center, perfect price - the best we found among reasonably centrally located ones, spacious, clean, nice rooms and you can even make yourself tea on a common kitchen and use owner's PC with internet, nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Though the most important bit - the owner is the friendliest guy ever, extremely helpful and ready to go an extra mile for you, speak.

He goes the extra mile to be helpful and make your stay a good one, helping with suggestions of what to do, where to eat, and did not hesitate to help with information about travel arrangements. The location was ideal for someone with a car, just two blocks from Ortygia and plenty of free parking available. The street was quiet, the room large and, although the decorations are very basic, very comfortable and very clean. Antionio, my host, is tremendous: he is charming, generous, knowledgable and attentive. B and B Caravaggio is spotlessly clean, the room I stayed in was spacious and light. The breakfast was excellent. The place is not in the old town, but don't let that put you off - it is a five minute walk to Ortigia. Plus B and B Caravaggio is close to both the bus and train station. i was delighted by my stay, and the price is excellent. stay here, you must!. Antonio, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. He gave us a lot of information about the area and tips on where to eat. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Ortigia, the ancient amphitheater and the museum. They serve a varied breakfast including hard boiled eggs, the only eggs we ate in four weeks in Sicily! Parking could be a problem but Antonio helped us find a spot the first day and then we were pros. A great place to stay. The owner is a great host , that became a guide and a friend as well he helped in all sorts of issues especially when Alitalia airlines lost our luggage, and made calls on our behalf to different operators until he found our luggage. Without mentioning the endless tips and recommendations he gave us on all sorts of restaurants, attractions . Without him we wouldn't have that much fun and visits all around Sicily.. The owner Antonio was always available for any question we had, the location is great, very close to the old city Ortigia and just a short walk from all the other interesting sites in Siracusa, market and super market. The forniture in the room was simple but we had all what we needed and we found a free car parking very easily. Location on Corso Unberto, near the train fs station, and pulman-bus terminal. Both to visit the Teatro Greco and to stroll Ostigia you can on foot . B&B Caravaggio relaxed me with confortable room and nice breakfast. Antonio is one of the best tour-adviser. I think that to stay here is far goof value for many tourists. Antonio is a wonderful guy and so very helpful. He speaks good english and can give you excellent information about things to do and see in the city, where to eat, etc. Great location in Siracusa and very comfortable B&B. Free public parking only Sundays. Accepts only cash. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Noise from the street. Little noisy due to the traffic.
