No English so it was quite complicated to comunicate There are no English instruction - when we arrived nobody was here ať b&b and only some instruction next to the doorbell in Italian - so try to call and wait We had a Dalia room - it was clean and spacy but it faced the street in the eye level - so it was quite noisy, especially in the morning B&B offers parking, but if your car si wider 1,9 m, it is so big for a garrage. Great location- so close to historical centre, spacy and clean .
alla recensioner » We loved staying here. It was cozy, and felt like home. The location was perfect, just a short walk down the street to the Campo. Siena is a very romantic medieval city. Marco and Andreas were really nice and helpful. One night we came in very late with our car and we called Marco who said to park it in front of their garage. No problem! The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and was decorated very nicely. The shower was great! We would definitely stay here again when we co. The room was spacious, recently renovated, ikea-furnished, bed with comfortable mattress, clean bathroom. Central location. Garage option was very convenient - though only small cars will fit into it - I had to retract rear-view mirrors in our fiat 500. Morgana was lovely and made me feel really welcome, and was always around for Breakfast. Its close to the main square in Siena and the Rosa room I stayed in was lovely. Best B&B and best city visited throughout my time around Tuscany!. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, the only accommodation during our whole trip to Italy that provided easy chairs and a small table which were really appreciated. Thanks Morgana & Luca! Teaching Morgana about "kiwis". It's location is superb, the breakfast very good, the room was well cleaned, and our host Morgana was superb! It all made us love Siena even more! After 20 min waiting we called to the phone available on the reservation paper and then the owner came to help us; It is written on booking that therre are available parking/garage; however the hotel is localized on a restrict traffic area, so you cannot reach the hotel by car unless with a pre-authorization, that should be well explained on the hotel description;. everything was wonderful. The difficulty of taking a car inside the city walls of Siena. I had to wait a half an hour for the man to show up to check me in. Luckily a neighbor showed up after I was waiting for about ten minutes who called the phone number on the door for me. I was told he would be there in five minutes, but it really took twenty. If you don't have a phone that works internationally I'm not sure how you would check in (though it says that check in is during certain times of the day, which I had arrived during). No garbage basket in the room. The WiFi password containing 24 characters made me crazy. Poor breakfast. Paid parking for a van was not possible. One room we booked as a double was a single with small window, tiny shower, and a short bed. Staff were not present on our arrival. Staff did not make us feel welcome. Marco (the owner) tried to park our car and damaged it a little, but he didn't want to own up! The staff didn't know any word in english!. No answer on arrival and had to wait over an hour to gain access to our room. Awful instructions to find. Also booked car parking but was told no arrival. Did have to have your help. Very stressful start and ruined our break which was just one night.
