  The place is a newer conversion of an older building of condominiums. They have done a nice job. The rooms are adequately appointed, with good beds, bedside reading lamps, a desk area with comfortable chair, flat-screen TV, small fridge, wardrobe and safe. The bath is small, but completely adequate and the hot water supply never faltered. Also, in 10 minutes you can easily get to Termini Station. And anyway, if you like a lot of walking and don't want to spend money for a taxi after the metro closed - it's an ideal location for you.   This is highly recommended. The whole building is clean and the very entrance has class. The rooms and everything in the complex is so clean and well kept. Santo is a such a nice and lovely host. The location is very good as it is close to Termini Metro/Train station, so it is easy to get to the city and also easy when - The room we had was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good - the fresh coffee was the best part. Location was good for sightseeing and for arriving/departing (as walking distance to Metro and Termini Station). Not a great spot for Italian food (expensive) but good for Indian food. Definitely recommended as this is probably the best deal you can get in Rome.

  We had a great time at Santa Bibiana and David, the owner brings it a lovely charm. We had a lovely double room, it was clean, spacious, the shower was also very clean and everything was well-functioning. Comfotrable rooms are cleaned every day and have everything you may need, for ex. things like safe and hair dryer. Concerning locations - don't be confused by hotel's close vicinity to railway station, the area is safe and noise from the street doesn't come to the hotel rooms. The nearest subway station is "Vittorio Emanuele", but for us is was a bit tricky to find the way back from this station, so we used "Termini" - 10 min from hotel,

  This was a great place to stay in Rome! The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a nice size bathroom. We were surprised by how quiet the place was given the lively weekend nightlife in Trastevere. We really loved the neighborhood feel of Trastevere. There were numerous bars and restaurants to choose fro - I studied lots of B&Bs and spent weeks reading various reviews. The Relais Casa Della Fornarina exceeded our expectations. Large and quiet room. Very clean. Vouchers for a full American breakfast which we didn't get at any other B&B we stayed at. Walking distance to everything in Trastevere. Just don't judge a book by it's cover and how it looks from the outside. A+++ in my book.
