  This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into. The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day.   Gianluca was the perfect host and went out of his way to take care of our every need. We were three sisters who had never been to Rome and had no idea what to expect. All of Gianluca's recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants were spot on. Rooms were comfortable and modern, while the building had the "newer" old world - Gianluca is the perfect host.   The apartment was small, but very clean and modern furnished. Our room was quite small, but had a big double bed and we had a nice modern bathroom in our room. Ohh and the walls were sound proof!! The metro station is very close to the apartment, maximum 1 min walk :) and 2 metro stops from the Vatican.   I can't say enough about Nadia who was so helpful and attentive to our every need. Nothing was too much trouble for either Nadia or her colleague Maria and there was a mobile phone in the room which we could take with us if we had any questions, needs or if we got lost, which we did a lot although we did find our way eventually without having to c... vad folk säger » all Nadia. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff and location alone but it ticks all the boxes. It's not a flash 5 star hotel but its perf - The location was great and once you get your bearings and how the streets are signposted, it was easy to get around. The staff were great and very helpful. A big thanks to Nadia and Maria who helped with last minute tour issues via email. Breakfast was good and expresso did the trick first thing in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and clean and all we expected. It was close to the bus drop off from airport so no need for finding taxis.

  The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us. Let the staff know your arrival time and they will ensure they are there to meet you.

  This was our final accomodation before leaving Italy and a fabulous way to end our holiday as the apartment is lovely with a private deck. Michela was so helpful and well prepared with maps and information for us and we parked for free in the street outside.
