  The room was clean and the staff were nice. Location is very good - being close to Termini, you have access to the metro and buses that will get you anywhere in Rome. - Location is the first thing to have in mind, just accross termini station... Ms. Conccetta was an excelent and kind host.

  This hotel is more like the size of a B&B, with 4 rooms and a lobby in the middle, as part of a larger building. The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds. This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop.   Quality versus price is more than excellent . I have travelled a lot around the world and it would be great to find these kind of b&b's on my way ! Next time i visit Rome i will reserve a room here again !

  Everything in the apartment was as I expected it would be. Very comfortable bed - my husband said it was best of our 2 week trip. Breakfast was enormous. When arriving at the San Pietro station, walk right first and the apartment street is the first left. Carrefour very convenient for groceries.   It's confortable and you can make brekfast every morning, coffee and tea were included. very friendly stuff, answer to all our questions.Plus they gave us a phone to call them just in case we need something. Nobody disturbed us and it felt like home. Close to the metro station.
