Great communication before arrival. Perfect location as you are round the corner from Vatican, 10 min walk to old town. Very clean and fully equipped with towels and duvets. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Danilo took the trouble to explain / describe many attractions in Rome upon check-in with the aid of a map. The location was ideal for St Peter's and the Vatican, with many shops, restaurants and nearby buses. The room and bed was comfortable and clean. The area felt safe at night.
You can sometimes hear other guests in their rooms (e.g. muted conversations and sound of the television turned up just a wee bit too high), or if they chat / mill around in the small Reception area.

The location was excellent, so close to the Vatican on a lovely old street with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within easy reach. Danilo was very helpful when we arrived with lots of information about what to see and do. The room was clean, and the shower was hot. The mattress was comfortable.
Do be aware you need to climb stairs to get to your room which wouldn't suit those with mobility problems. We had a quadruple room - the bunk beds would not be suitable for small children.
Apartment living room overlooked scenic street, and had nicely equipped kitchen. Location was excellent. Clean room, nice size.. Friendly staff provided good tour and restaurant recommendations.
Apartment is up several fights of stairs - have to carry luggage. OK, but not everyone would like.

Shower stall was disgustingly filthy. It would have been very easy to wash away the mildew and grime. Very disappointed. 2) We had people arrive that we sharing a portion of our apartment. We had NO idea and neither did they!

My friend Vicki and I felt like this was our home away from home. The staff Donillo and Reggie were so helpful and assisted us with our luggage up and down the stairs. It is a very central location with numerous good restaurants, affordable, and a wonderful suite as well. We can't say enough good things about your place.

The innkeeper was so friendly!! He gave us a map and made excellent recommendations for where to eat and sites to see. Although we were clearly tourists we felt like we had the inside scoop. Location is perfect... Lots to do and see. Sofa bed was very comfortable and washing machine in bathroom was a bonus. This was an exceptional deal!!!
We loved the apartment and all the furnishings, it felt like a home from home with beautiful carvings and real character.

GREAT location for visiting the Vatican area. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the four of us. I would stay here again.
The restaurants below had musical entertainment some evenings. Violins might have been nice, but we got an accordion player.
This is a nice studio apartment located around the corner from St. Peter's. The apartment is in a 16th century building with nice timber floors and comfortable furnishings. Other things: - Wifi worked well - Bed was very comfortable - Staff were friendly and helpful - Conveniently located adjacent the Vatican - very close to restaurants

Excellent location, just a few meters from St Peter's square. Lots of nice restaurants in the same street. Friendly staff. Nice wooden floors and high wooden ceilings that make for a special atmosphere. We booked a room for four and actually got two spacious rooms that shared one bathroom. Nice!
Very clean. All the essentials. The A/C is a big plus. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops all around. Just at the gate of the Vatican
A bit difficult to find; no hotel sign, no reception. We had to wait for the "receptionist" for an hour although we had confirmed by email.
Everything! As soon as we arrived, Danilo (the owner) welcomed us and gave almost 30 minutes introduction on the transportation, real must-see- spots that only true Roman people know, and recommendation for tour course based on your schedule and restaurants. The local restaurants he recommended were all good and friendly to tourists. The hotel is more of an apartment that has a fully equipped kitchen inside rather than simple hotel room. If you want to know how the inside of the apartments you see on the European streets, well, here is the chance! I just loved this hotel. Will definitely stay there if I have a chance to revisit Rome.

Unfortunately, we live in a room is a basement, a bit wet, the air feels not very good.
The location is quite close to San Peter Square. We booked a queen's Bed Room but actually we got a apartment.Big Bed, Soaf, Table, Cabinet with tableware, a big kitchen with refrigerator and washing machine and clean bathroom. We enjoyed a good night there.
A little far away from subway station. No elevator so that not convient to carry luggages to 2nd or 3rd floor.

The appartment is furnished like someone actually lives there. There's a lot of small objects not suitable for young kids under 3-4 years old.

Too many mosquitoes around town. One or two would always manage to enter our room.

Only downside was that there was no lift (the hotel is too small to justify it anyway) but the staff helped us greatly by moving us from the top floor to the 1st floor.

The hotel is very well located (just next to Vatican city, but also close to most Rome's major touristic points, the rooms are large and comfortable (even the extra bed we booked was very comfy). The staff are helpful and kind. Fair price, free wireless internet conexion.
Nothing in particular. There's no breakfest in the structure itself, but there are several bars and restaurants by the hotel, open from early in the morning 'till late in the evening. It can be a bit too warm, but that's due to the city's climate. There is an air conditioning device by the way, we just didn't use it because during our stay we didn't face overly hot journeys.

It was quite loud at times. We could hear the people in the room above us moving around late at night.
The facilities were exactly what we wanted for this city break. The rooms were bigger than you get in a hotel and the bed was excellent to sleep on.The proximity to the major sights and the ease of moving around the city by public transport (The number 81 tram for all your sight seeing). The jewish getto for food was excellent.
It was difficult to ascertain which restaurant was good or poor as they all had similar menus.

Loved the location. Also the staff when I arrived was wonderful, helpful and gave me ideas of where to go and what to visit.
The staff dissappeared after I met them at my arrival. They were absent during our entire stay. The Internet was really spotty and they didn't change towels or glasses during our stay.
The hotel apartment is few steps away from the vatican.Lots of restaurants nearby with good selection of italian cusine and wines. Un interrupted wifi.
The washroom was not upto the mark with a lingering foul smell. Safety locker was not working.

1-over-charged $147 Euro per night, sub-par accommodations!! 2-No elevator-if you have heavy baggage wish for a room on 2nd floor. 3-room dirty upon arrival, comforter had heavy stains they did not have another to change??
