The hotel was in a pretty good area, accessible to all transport, close to the center and ten minutes away on foot. The room quite clean, renovated and covers all the basic needs. Breakfast was satisfactory with special care. The owner, Mario was a real host, eager to help and answer in any question. I suggest it without any hesitance .!!!

Excellent small bed&breakfast in a very convenient location close to Piazza de la Republica and Termini station(both 10 minutes walk)!The room was spacious and clean and the owner Mr Mario really kind and helpful!The best thing about this b&b is the warm welcoming of the owner and the very good value for money!Definately would stay again in my next trip to the wonderful city of Rome!

The breakfast is typical with few choices(only sweet options and some fruits)but as I know this is normal for most of the hotels in Italy.

Mario was puncual, very helpful as he helped us with the transportation in Rome and friendly. The room was very lovely, clean, the breakfast great, I will definitely book next time, no doubt!

Safe and quiet district with a walking distance from all the major sights. Via Veneto is just a few steps away. Cozy rooms with modern style. Fast wifi. We really had a great time. A big thank to Mario for his kindness. We will come back!

Mario is a friendly and acoomodating host, he tries his best at all times. Its a very unique experience given that it's located in an old building. The hotel's interior decor was modern and cosy. I felt that the hotel was one of the best that i could get in the city centre. Minutes walk from Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Easy access to Vatican City, Pantheon and Colosseo by bus on XX Septembre St.

The hotel is quite a distance from Rome Termini. We arrived with huge luggages and it was quite a challenge pushing them. If you plan to walk from Rome Termini, try Via Marsala.

The location was perfect for us. Mario was a fantastic host and very helpful with things to do and see. We walked throughout Rome from here. The room was clean and tidy and serviced whenever we asked.

Optimal option for stay in big city: 15 min to Roma termini,15-20 min to Trevi or Spagna,near house 2 nice places for dinner plus old from 1919 shop with good ready made food,cheese,bread,fruits. Mario is very helpful, house has lift, looking to small cosy street. Just one remark- very small bathroom.

Everything was fantastic about our stay! Mario was an absolutely fantastic host who couldn't do enough to help us and make our stay comfortable. The B&B is in a great location close to the Termini train station and also within walking distance to all major Rome attractions, shopping and resturants. Location is a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast each morning was nice and simple but was a great start to the day. I would stay here again next time I am in Rome and would highly recommend this accomodation to others, including couples, familes and also single people. A great stay and a big thanks to Mario for making this our favourite place to stay thoughout our whole European holiday!

Mario was very helpful and a great host. When we arrived we were worried about parking as we didn't want to pay over €15 per day. He jumped in the car when we arrived and helped us find a parking space nearby. It cost €8-9 pd, just put in coins until the next day appears as it gives a discount rate of if you spend over €4. Spaces are limited depending on the time of day you go because its more business people around the area. Area was very safe and well located for the sites, about a 10 min walk to the main areas. Wifi was fast (4Mbs connection). Our room wasn't well positioned, it was fine but had a better signal in the kitchen area or the other 2 rooms would have been fine. Breakfast was simple but good. The #1 place to eat on TA was just around the corner, a takeaway pizza place, which was brilliant. Room was very modern, air con great. Again, Mario was a great host!

The bathroom shower was a bit blocked and from our 2nd day there was a bit of a smell from the bathroom but not terrible. We would still go back there to stay.

Mario was extremely nice and hospitable. He was great about answering questions and helping us to find our way.

The room was a little small for three of us (2 adults, 1 child) but would have been fine as a double (without the extra bed taking up space).

Mario who manages the accommodation is the most delightful person you will ever meet. He is very friendly and willing to help in any way he can. The room and bathroom were spotless and the location is very central to the city. The included breakfasts were excellent. When next in Rome I will definitely be looking to stay here. Highly recommended.

Mario was lovely, always helpful and very friendly. The place is about 10 mins walk from Termini station. Price was good. Breakfast was nice but a bit plain and if you don't like coffee and croissants might not be the place for you. Some nice restaurants just around the corner. All in all for the price, not too bad.

Walls quite thin. Bathroom very very small we are both thin people and really struggled with the size of the bathroom. Is a fairly long walk >15 mins to most of the big attractions in Rome and the walk home is up a reasonable incline which is the last thing we felt like after a full days sight seeing.

Mario was very friendly and went out of his way to help - in particular through coming in very early to provide us with breakfast. Location was great (able to walk to many sights and close to public transport) and area felt very safe - even late at night.

The location is very good,near to many Rome attractions on foot or by public transport, safe, quiet and nice neighborhood. Mario is as everybody says, best owner ever. The room is sweet, quite modern and pleasant place to stay. We would definitely "Desire" to stay in our next trip at the Gardens of Sallust.

Mario was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. The B&B is in a very old building (with a very interesting lift!) and is very close to the main train station. There are a few restaurants right on the doorstep but you will get a wider choice in the Barberini/Tritone/4 Fontana areas, which are only a short walk away.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. The owner, Mario was very kind and helpful. It is close to many attractions and next to the bus station. Termini station is 15 min on foot.

The breakfast is too poor, but if you ask for something more, you will be provided!

The B&B is situated within walking distance to many attractions & to public transport,make it very easy to see most of Rome within a short stay.Mario the owner is very friendly & goes out of his way to help all his lodgers.He even provides a map to help you around Rome.Surely stay again at Agli Horti Sallustiani as it's clean, comfortable with a good breakfast & value for money.

This B&B is located near the historical center and offers a very pleasant and comfortable stay at favorable price. Room was nicely furnished, spacious enough and clean. Mario was a wonderful and hospitable host always ready to help and make you feel comfortable. In case of next visit, we will definitely stay at Agli Horti Sallustiani again.

Perfect service! Mario is a really kind person and he does his best to make sure you have what you want and are comfortable. The location is wonderful; close to everything you could want to see in Rome.

everything was pefect in this b&b. mario is very kind, friendly and helpful. the room was very clean and comfortable. the breakfast was very satisfying, especially the hot croissant and the cappucino, that mario serves!!! the b&b is near to colosseum(15min) on foot and near to fontana di trevi(10min) on foot and also near to bus station. it is one of the best choices in rome!!! we would choose it again in the future for sure!

- It's an amazing B&B. Very clean and big room. Bed is comfortable and big enough for 3 people. - The owner, Mario is so kind that have offered all he can do to help all the customers. He makes fresh croisants and serves coffee by himself every morning with smile making you feel at home. - Convenient transport. You can find the Metro Republica only hundreds meters away but actually from the bus stop outside you can go to all the places of interests in Roma including Vatican. - Mario insisted to see me off and help carrying my luggage to the bus station because my luggage is too heavy for me and I was not sure about the bus stop to the airport. It's not a short walk and I do appreciate it so much. - Definitely will come back staying here next time. Highly recommended.
