  Super friendly family and staff who really went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. Clean and comfortable room with outside entrance and private outside area. Complimentary bottle of wine and water on arrival in fridge. Very tasty breakfasts using local produce. Rooms are clean and spacious. This is absolutely value for money. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning, looking out over the hills while drinking coffee.

  Great Location with a reserved parking lot with in a 5 minute walk. That is nearly impossible to find in downtown (historic) Montepulciano. You can walk everywhere from here very easily. The owner is amazing and will make you feel at home and provide some great recommendations. Bathrooms were clean and decent sized.   If you are looking for tranquility and silence this is the perfect place. The house is up the hill, no neighbours, with stunning view to the valley and a nice pool. Worth trying Mario's cooking, he's an excellent chef, we managed to taste real local food, which is delicious. Florence quite near, but also some other nice places to visit too, the region is beautiful. - Everything was Bellissima! The setting and the hosts were a delight and the food and wine outstanding.   great location for pool and beach. friendly staff who could not do enough for my 92 yr old mother in law. She had a ground floor room with a little table outside where she could sit and watch the world go by if we were at the beach. - -good location close to the nice beach -very good buffet dinner if you decide for that
