  Utomordentligt trevlig personal. Mycket rent o snyggt Bra frukost - Spacious clean room, quiet , good location. 2 min to nearest bus stop, 7 min walk into town. Very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was sufficient . - Smart. clean, good art pictures, spacious rooms. Very helpful and communicative staff. Excellent breakfast!

  Frukosten var bra. - The big balcony with a view of the park is great. Food at the restaurant is good. - hotel itself was very nice, rooms were a good size and standard, and view from sew view window was lovely. staff were helpful, although one or two of them need to learn how to smile.

  The room was large, pleasant and tastefully decorated. Everything worked, the room was clean and airy. The bed was comfortable. Staff in reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty - lots of sweet stuff, but that's Sicily for you! Easy, free parking right in front of the hotel and it's only a ten minute walk to Ortyg... vad folk säger » ia. - We were very surprised by the comfort and value of this place, overall the best deal we could made in Sicilia in summertime. Walking distance (15 min) to the old part of Siracusa (Ortigia). Quiet and big comfortable rooms, everything looked quite new. Good breakfast.

  Bra service och vänlig personal. Trevliga och rena rum. Trevlig takterass där vi åt frukost. Under vår vistelse så var det gatuarbeten framför hotellet vilket störde en del. - Very helpful informative staff, location, spacious rooms - Nice hotel...lovely big rooms. Good air conditioning.   The location was perfect - metres from the main street. Really good breakfast - just ask for eggs, bacon, cheese etc. Roof terrace was great, lots of sun loungers and not too crowded. Pool is not huge but fine to cool off in.and has lovely views. They can organise a cheap trip to a nearby private beach which was definitely worth doing. We got the ... vad folk säger » bus from the airport which solved the parking problem, and was easy to use. Bus station is about 15 mins downhill on the way home though we did get a - The staff where very friendly and always happy to help. We had a very pleasant week. Rooms are small but big enough not to be too cramped if staying longer the a few days. Was excepting a little noise from other reviews but did not experience any inconvenience late at night.

  The staff was welcoming and friendly - even before checking in, they offered information per email on what to do and see. Excellent location to view Etna - fresh air - short walk to the cableway. The room with a terrace is highly recommendable - it gave us a great view both to the sea and to the mountain. We arrived late at night, but the man at the reception was extremely nice!! He explained all excursions, answered all of our questions (millions of them), and was able to share with us his love of the volcano. This certainly made our stay. The room was great, super clean, wifi is great.
