  Fabulous room on two levels with a view over the ocean; great minimalist decor. The lounge was a wonderful place to watch the sun set over the ocean... although drinks buffet a bit pricey (good food though).   We enjoyed our brief stay in this lovely hotel.It was comfortable,clean, well-appointed and most of all we enjoyed having our own private little terrace overlooking the beach, with marvellous rattan chaises longues to sit on. It was end of season and hardly anyone around so it felt as though we had the whole place to ourselves. They give you good advice on what to do, discounts for scooter renting and they even returned for us our scooter when we decided to leave in the first ferry. Alessio, Silvio, Francesca, and Stefan were wonderful and welcoming in every way. It made for a family type of environment, which was absolutely perfect for my solo trip to the islands.   We were very impressed by the way staff arranged all transfers particularly because we did not speak Italian. The desk staff were wonderful. Such a relief to be able to communicate in English. Loved the place. - Great staff, beautiful grounds.

  A great hotel if you want to be in a quiet location. We were very lucky with the room (we had a little house away from the main building) with a great view of the sea. The pool is priceless, wonderful view. Staff was friendly. Go for the aperitivo! The best thing is the main terrace which has stunning views to the sea and stromboli in good weather. The hotel has no swimming pool so it is indeed very quiet.

  Overall we had a nice 5 day's stay at the hotel. The Island is still pretty and unspoilt and there are some small rocky beaches. Positive is the friendly staff and serving a good breakfast.   Magnificent location in the quiet village of Leni overlooking the port of Rinella. Michele, the owner was very helpful and he does a great job at hosting people. The hotel is very nice and clean. Worth every penny. We never ate at the hotel but judging from Michele's passion about food I guess it must be really good. The sea is about 15 minutes do... vad folk säger » wnhill on foot. We did Salina by bus and it was very efficient and reasonably frequent. There is a bus stop next to the hotel. Salina is a quiet islan - The staff is great, the location is wonderful and the facility is nice and new.

  Friendliness of staff, stunning views, relaxed atmosphere and terrific evening meals! - The infinity pool has the most amazing view and our room was very comfortable and stylishly decorated. The restaurant had a very interesting menu and the terrace makes a perfect place to enjoy breakfast with the stunning views across to Stromboli.

  The amazing photographs can only say so much about this beautiful, peaceful hotel located on the lower slopes of the island of Salina. Every day that I met the hotel owners Arcangelo and his partner Tata I was met with a warm and friendly greeting, like coming home to a family house rather than a hotel. Tata is the consummate hostess who bakes fresh cake every morning as part of the plentiful breakfast. The morni - We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Residence Arcangelo. All the staff were very helpful and made sure that our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Archangelo was always interested in how we were enjoying the island of Salina, he also made sure that we had whatever we may have needed to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this accommodation to everyone as a base to explore the Island. We thank you Arcangelo and staff for a memorable 4 days of island life.
