  The room was just fabulous. Obviously newly renovated, and done so with great thought and love, the location is excellent right in the heart of Rome. We stayed in silver room, which pleasantly surprised me with its size, decoration, impeccable cleanliness, and the view. We also appreciated a lot a breakfast that exceeded expectation with its varie... vad folk säger » ty, as well as the availability of the bottled water, tea coffee and everything that there is in the kitchen, throughout the day. Extremely welcoming - These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was much less that a taxi would cost.   We were very surprised that the B&B is located in a normal apartment house but Alessio was a very good host. He also gave us very good tips were to go for a dinner and where to go shopping. The location is very convenient just few minutes walk from subway. They also gave us usefull information about the rome pass and restaurants that are really worth visiting.

  i recommend this B&B if you like a bungalow style accomodation where you can just come and go at leisure. It was really clean and the bathroom facilities spacious and modern; with a little balcony. the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Top dollar!!!!! - The owners were very helpful and friendly,and gave us lots of nice advice for our trip, the location was convenient for an overnight stop needing to fly the next day. The room was immaculate and comfortable and we would stay here again. The breakfast was generous with friendly conversation.

  First of all - excellent staff, I have few asks, they helped me immediately! It was really fantastic. The room was also really nice, standard and size was above me expectations. Extra plus for nice garden. - The room was very big, clean and everything looked new. The location is quiet, so I had a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly.
