  Frederica and her husband were the most kindest host. They went out of there way to ensure we were comfortable. We had a bit of an issue with the understanding of "free parking" they spent more time than needed to calm our concerns about wheter it was free or not. A little bit of a language barrier at times, but she was great. Especially when she w - From the moment I entered the house I felt happy. Federica was extremely friendly and warm. She also provided good detailed instructions and an overview of the neighborhood and helped me with so many extras - booking a last min ticket to the Vatican museum.The neighborhood was convenient for day/night access to the Vatican and center. There is a very nice Carrfour close by. Rooms and house were kept immaculate and had nice amenities - not that I watched flat screen but the air con came in hand

  Great place! everything looks new, the room is being cleaned every day. It has little fridge and aircon which was really useful since outside is a bit noisy. Great location to explore the city by walk. Diana was really nice and welcoming and gave us great tips about good places to go to.

  Very nice location. 15 minutes drive from motorway and you are in the middle of nature. Large own territory, comfortable appatments with all facilities included. AC is present in both rooms. In fact the appartements look much nicer as you could see on the advertisement. Barbecue area outside. Nice views and surrounding landscape. On the departure you will avoid the traffic jams and will be on your way to fin - Wonderful place, very comfortable, cozy and clean apartment. Beautiful view of the surroundings. Very hospitable owners. We recommend staying in this place to people who are important comfort, privacy and freedom. If we will have the opportunity - we will definitely be back here again without any doubt.

  First would be value for money. Though we went during off season (Late NOV). The rate was great for us. Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule.
