  We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night. When we arrived Rome at 6:45 amand walked about 15 minutes and found the hotel. The sign at the door says we need to phone for the check in.   The view of lake bolsena was amazing. We got a little lost as our gps took us down an unpaved road and there weren't any signs. However if you were to get there from Blosena town (we came from the opposite direction the first time round), the signs are clearly marked. - Views of Lake Bolsena. Gracious and helpful owner.   The location of Dolce Vita is perfect! You are right near the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps! There are many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby. Taxis and buses very close too. The apartment was roomy enough for the 4 of us and although the kitchen facilities were fairly basic it was fine for our 5 day stay. ... vad folk säger » Air con was great and we had cable tv for the international news. The hotel did a load of washing for me for only 5euro which was great! - Perfect for a family with young children. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for breakfast in our apartment. The apartment was very modern and updated but still charming. Staff was the highlight - super recommendations for tours and restaurants; very helpful - told us exactly the fare to pay for the taxi; extremely accommodating when we arrived at midnight after a late flight - we will definitely return!

  This was our last night in Italy, we were headed back to the U.S. so we booked something close to the airport in order to catch an early flight out the next morning. It was just a free espresso but it went a long way, considering nobody ever offered anything free...EVER!, after thousa - This was a great place to stay for our visit to Rome --just a short train ride away. The B&B is next to an amazing pizza place owned by the same family. Meals here were top notch. Our room was very clean with a large, comfortable bed with clean crisp sheets. The spotless ensuite bathroom had a nice shower with heated towel rack. A/C worked well as did the wifi and our unit was extremely quiet.   This is a residence, not a hotel, where there is housekeeping service without breakfast or coffee/tea set in the room, but if you need accommodation to feel at home, this is the right place to stay. We previously stayed here for more than 1 month before finding an apartment to rent and found it very comfortable to stay.   Att det fanns värdeskåp - Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Reception staff helpful with enquiries about travel, visits etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel - Easy to find ,curtious staff, reasonable breakfast.

  The hotel was located in a short distance from the Roma Termini station. The old guy in the reception was very friendly and helpful. He was available when we checked in at 9Pm and was also there to collect the keys and wave us bye when we checked out at 3:30 Am to go to the airport. There were noises from the street and of bells ringing - Location, it's great especially if one travels by train. Roma termini train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is also easy to find. In addition, you can walk to main sightseeing sites. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very welcoming and are willing to accommodate your needs. The room we got was pretty spacious, which is nice especially if you have a lot of luggage.

  It is the second time I stay at this place because the relation quality/price is very good and the staff is great, Francesca and Pasquale are excellent people and they will always try to make the best to help you. It is a very good location if you are looking for a quiet neighbourhood but not too far from centre, you can get to Trastevere ( lovel... vad folk säger » y old part of the city) in 20 minutes walking and to the old roman city and Coliseum in 20 minutes by bus ( stop is round the corner of the hotel) T - Francesca was wonderful & helpful. Breakfast was served in room with fresh bread daily. We went out but was nice to make cappuccino and have juice/snack available later. Room was clean and away from street noise
