  Very friendly staff, close to the mini-metro which takes you quickly to the top of the city, Not much of a restaurant, but good breakfast, Excellent restaurant on top of city, Del Sole (a must try) - We quite liked the hotel, had all the things you need for a reasonable money.   The staff was incredible helpfully.nice people ,warm, etc. For me the convenience of being across the street from train station,plus the ink metro and lots of buses was a big plus. - Booked and paid for a single room, but had the use of two adjoining rooms which gave me a feeling of space.   The hotel is nice, clean and well managed by a friendly staff. Good location for reaching Perugia's historical center. Large parking area. An additional facility is the restaurant. Each and every member of hotel staff at this stunning, enchanting mediaeval castle pay incredible attention to detail with superlative standards of personal service. Our room was a truly lovel - Breathtaking, luxurious 5 star accommodations. Worth the trip to Perugia just to stay here. When you book, be wary that the rates for single versus double occupancy are quite different (I accidentally hit "single" instead of double on letsbookhotel.com, when I arrived, found the room would be 60 € more a night for double).   There was something special about the staff , they were friendly,approachable,very knoweledgable on every topic posed to them. They wereespecially helpfull when we had a travel problem to get back to the uk,(I.E. contacting Itallien eurostar,SNCF and Eurostar France) makingphone calls at there own expense to help us with our needs.
