  The Plazzo Alabardieri was a real find! It is in a great location within easy walking distance for shopping, sight seeing, restaurants and bars. It is also in a very safe location. Hotel itself is a boutique hotel which is very elegant and peaceful. Room and bathroom facilities were good. Breakfast had an excellent choice and very good quality.   The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... vad folk säger » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

I had very easy access to all forms of public transport, my wife had all the historica - Extremely helpful and friendly staff...we felt they really took an interest in us. Very handy situation...next to Piazza Municipio...handy for knowing when to jump off the bus! Handy for the boats round the bay. Very interesting childrens' sailing regatta on Sun. Very friendly local people....reallly helpful on buses.

  It is an extraordinary property. Much of the original architecture still exists which makes it a very unique place. The location and view are unbelievable, the rooftop pool and garden are gorgeous, and the food is excellent.   The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.
