  The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... vad folk säger » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

  The (2!) roof-terraces were fantastic. Great heating, well sorted kitchen. Very friendly welcome from Fabio. Fantastic safe yet central location, really cool and atmospheric building. Really nice to let us store our bags after we had checked out. Supermarkets, restaurants are nearby. Old beautiful building. Very kind helpful and responsive personnel (Marta) and owner (Fabio). She advised the best ways to get around and how to stay safe and not get ripped off. All the other staff were friendly and helpful too, from the owner who frequently works the front desk to Carmen and the night man. Very friendly local people....reallly helpful on buses.

  The apartment was huge, from the pictures you can not understand the actual size of the apartment. Upon check-in we were greeted with a welcome drink very fresh.   We had a very pleasant stay. The lovely room was clean, spacious and quiet. This was an excellent hotel with accommodating staff who provided very helpful recommendations for restaurants (shalateli fresh pasta and very good meat and cakes).   The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.
