  What a cool hotel....u can see a lot of passion & natural creativity with a great taste level has been used to create this unique suite hotel...very cool, decently sized rooms & common areas with an eclectic sports theme...the customer service was amazing...All staff were very freindly, helpfull & sincere....location also very central ... vad folk säger » within walking distance to shopping areas & laods of good restaurants nearby....tram stop to Duomo on corner... - The hotel is very artistic! Once you are at the reception you will see a lot of artistic work which make for a cozy atmosphere. This is also where you will have your breakfast. The breakfast was really nice with a lot of cakes and sweets. The room was nice with a balcony viewing the backyard of the hotel The bathroom comes with a shower which is really fantastic and spacious. The room was also spacious including air conditioning and a TV with various channels.

  What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each. The porters were very helpful in the lugga - the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin

  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   We stayed in Maison Borella for five nights. It was a very comfortable hotel, great facilities, friendly staff, nice location (right along the canal). The area seems pretty dead in the morning, but it starts to wake up in the late afternoon and evening.
