  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.   Location: simply excellent for shopping or visiting the main monuments, even with small children everything it is at walking distance. There are two metro stations nearby, and the railway stations linking the centre with the three main airports are 10 minutes away by car/taxi. Design: if you are looking for an elegant modern urban design hotel, with personality, Boscolo is a very good option. The room - The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of amenities and pillow choices. The hotel in general is new and modern and I would definitely go back.

  Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable! When we walked into our room, it was beautiful, comfortable, and smelled great! I know that sounds weird, but you felt like walking into a ... vad folk säger » spa! The hotel is green, which was so cool! The breakfast was the best we had had on our 10 day trip! We left wanting to return and to stay at Hote - I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

  The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. Although the whole experience was expensive, we knew this when we booked it.
