In general it was nice and friendly
I am sorry, but I did not like the service in the restaurant during the breakfast. I was never offered to have coffee or eggs and omelet. Only some cake and rolls were available.

The staff was very kindly, comfort in a good condition. It is in centre of Milan and very easy to go for shoping centre I like it!!!

I have stayed at the Grand Hotel many times and quite enjoy it, plus you can't beat the location in the center of Milan.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is superbly placed for the centre and suited our needs perfectly.

The vast choice for breakfast and the length of time which they served breakfast. They were regularly replacing empty things.
