  Det var mycket lugnt och tyst läge. Bra rum med bra fungerande sanitär utrustning. - The staff was very nice. Our room and bathroom were both nice and large for my sister and I, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was sweet, and everything was supplied for a nice meal in the mornings. There are bike rentals next to a tourism office... vad folk säger » just 2 blocks away (where you can purchase train tickets) .The hotel is located just a five minute walk from the center. - Everything! location was perfect, staff was so friendly, helpful. Residence Santa Chiara is the best bandb we have stayed in. Great Breakfast, great location and very clean rooms.

  We fully enjoyed our stay at La Boheme; not only because it is in a great central location in Lucca but because the staffs there were so friendly and helpful, even before we arrived. The rooms are not cheap, but nothing in Europe is; however for the price, you are getting a wonderful stay during your time in Lucca. The room was big enough for all our luggage, pram and cot - The location, the decor, the amenities in the bathroom, a proper shower, the 4-poster bed and, most of all, the friendly and very helpful staff.

  We were met at the door by a member of staff who was extremely friendly and helpful with good information about Lucca. Later we had an issue with a door handle which was dealt with promptly.   We had a fantastic stay at Villa Cheli! Our room had direct access to the front balcony and for two days we felt we had our own private Villa in Italy! In addition to the kind staff, and nice accommodations, we had one of the best dinners of our trip through Italy at Villa Cheli!   This is an amazing place. Everything was perfect-tidy, clean and stylish hotel. Very nice englishspeaking receptionist-she gaves us many helpfull advices for the old Lucca town and ideas for good restaurants there. We rented bikes to enjoy old part of Lucca and it - Beautifully restored Villa, high quality fittings,traditional Italian style,spotlessly clean room, lots of good quality choices in breakfast buffet. Friendly and efficient staff could not do enough to help us, excellent English and French is spoken. Nothing was too much trouble - thank you for an excellent stay in beautiful Lucca. Lovely relaxing area with hot tub etc. too.

  The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful in ordering a taxi. The room was exactly as advertised with a large room and bathroom, a luxurious tub and artistic details.   We were in one of the apartments. The location is amazing. From the lounge/dining area you look out over the Piazza and can enjoy the buzz. There are some pretty good restaurants around, one of which at least does take away (none of them has a view like the apartment). The fittings are basic rather than luxury, but perfectly OK and very clean. Erica an - The location. It is simply stunning. The piazza is a really buzzy place. There are good restaurants all around the area; great home made pasta to bring back. Eating in is a delight, as the apartment has a better view than any restaurant. The facilities are fine. It's very clean, there are oodles of towels and the hot water is hot. What more do you want? 5 star hotel it isn't, but value for money it is exceptional.
