  at first there was a missunderstanding for our reservation but eventually everything were ok and we had an upgrated room. - Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service!

  We had some difficulties with our booking due to unclear communication with bookings.com but the hotel staff, in particular Claudio was fantastic and sorted it out for us very pleasantly and efficiently.   The Hotel Eden is located in the heart of Rome, but out of the way of the fray and traffic. Near the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, great restaurants and shopping are nearby. The concierge staff responded to every request, before we arrived and during our stay. The bell staff and doorman greeted us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. The roof top bar was a beautiful place to st - My wife and I greatly appreciated our stay at this hotel. We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful. To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders. The one star Michelin is really well deserved.
