Very good location, only 20 minutes away with the vaporetto(waterbus) from the San Marco Piaza.Eaven at night a vaporetto is avaible. So you dont have the bustle of downtown. On Lido you also have a nice beach. Hotel isn't super but good enough. -
Near Venice, but not in it. More relaxed and less crowded. Easy access to the vaporretti (water-bus)

The owner met us from the vaporreto stop which was only a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is in a very nice, quiet residential area, away from the crowds but only 20mins walking distance to St marks Square. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. -

Very beautiful villa, in the center of Lido. Stefano is wonderful host. He live there with his family. He gave us his own map with routes and told about good restaurants. We chose the Lido for our Venice trip as we wanted a place that was a little bit reomved from the hustle and bustle of Venice city. It is only a short ferry ride away from Venice itself so is actually perfect for someone who wants to visit Venice but wants to stay away from the crowds. The Villa Gabriella was a comfortable place to stay and was walking distance from the main shopping strip. It is located right next to the beach and the children loved that.

The apartment is like new. Lovely rooms and courtyard. Staff was very helpful and immediately responsive to our needs. They were very professional and kind. We all truly enjoyed our stay.
