  The hotel's staff was excellent and helpful every moment we need. Both the location of hotel - in the heart of the city - and the staff was the main reason for choose Hotel Lloyd. Also the price is moderate. If possible we use this Hotl every time we stay in Milan. - The night porter was very good (atentative and well manored).

  Allt, inget var fel - We got a room that was bigger than we expected for 145 Euros - it felt like a suite with an anteroom separated from the bedroom with double french doors, a nice comfortable bed, even a bathtub with water jets.   Proof that you get what you pay for, the staff were very helpful and informative, taking a lot of the strain out of urban travel. Our room in this chic modern hotel was stunning and very quiet. UP is a fairly easy walking distance from the Duomo and a short taxi ride (11 euros) to the Stazione Cordona (and Malpensa Express). With a bit of planning, this makes for a fabulous city - Very comfortable hotel, perfect per city trip. We have missed the plane and arrived the next day and get perfect assistance in re-booking as we wanted, everything went smoothly. Breakfast is also very good, as well as room service and restaurant

  The Jolly Hotel has a lovely modern welcoming reception. The tea/coffeenew [never found it anywhere else] facility at the reception is anexcellent idea for late comers and early risers. Great idea and a mostwecome service. - the view was amazing and the renovated room was absolutely gorgeous!

  The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was spacious and airy. Plenty of light during the day and after dark, so cheerful and lots of room. The Porter who helped us with luggage etc was delightful and so helpful and welcoming. Staff are charming universally. Coffee was wonderful! I use a buggy so it was brilliant as the Hotel is in the Galleria. - I like very much your hotel because it is elegant, not too large and privately owned, quiet and exactly in the centre of Milano, the town where I was born many many years ago.   The service from all the staff was excellent. From the initial confirmation email asking us if they could help with transfer services, what kind of pillows we wanted, sound dock for iphone, etc. We asked for them to arrange a car to pick us from the airport at 6.00am Arriving at the hotel we were greeted like famiily friends, offered coffees as th... vad folk säger » ey completed the paperwork. To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom. The bathroom: WOW. Separate shower and soaking tub. First class amenities including bath salts
